I thought 50 Chicago food trucks in one summer would be hard. Then I was sure there would be no way I would eat from 100 Chicago food trucks. Now, I am ready to take on yet another round of 50 Chicagoland food trucks.
My hit list is long. My appetite is revered. The desire to chase my food is renewed.
