The Chairman Truck

It's day three of BADCamp in San Francisco, and food truck number three is The Chairman.

On the menu: bao.

I worked up an appetite hopping between rooms, field-testing session recording stations I am developing. When asked if I had a hungry, I confirmed. When suggested I order two to three of the steamed bao, I concurred.

My bounty: pork belly with pickled daikon, Coca-Cola braised pork with slaw and spicy chicken with pickled carrots and cucumber.

Holy cow, that is some crazy bao.

A fourth truck came along today, though I was sad to see it was actually a trailer. Womp, womp.
